Ordered a large caramel truffle chiller with whip cream. Note to self: Don't bother asking for whip cream. It will just look like this. Not the first time this happened, just hoped they were going to be better this time. I will just drive to the other location from now on. Cost more gas but wow, this location sucks a lot more lately.

I have been to multiple black rocks with this issue but this one in particular, something is not being cleaned. There are floaters of unknown substances in the drinks. Most noticeable with fuels. It's the ice machine, its the equipment, I don't know but strangely colored particles should not be floating in drinks...
