Wasn’t greeted today as I came in ,Batista seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Decided to come in as there were like 10 cars in drive through and only 3 people inside well big mistake , they cleared out drive through and I was still waiting so where the 3 people inside I think close to 20 min, when I was inside there was a girl the came from the back eating chewing food as she was making orders and the other one on FaceTime .

I've been sitting in the drive thru for fifteen minutes and still have three cars ahead of me. There were four when I pulled in. They do not use the speaker box on a regular basis at this location, and they have no efficient work around to facilitate expediting customer orders. 30+ minutes is too long to wait for Black Rock coffee. I will not be back. Update: When I pulled up to the window, I overheard the employees say, "We will probably have to start using the headset to take orders." Not a fan of the microwaved egg in the bacon gouda sandwich. The English Muffin is not toasted and probably goes in the microwave too. The white chocolate breve was way too sweet and they also force you to use the app if you want points.
