I love blackrock and will always get it as my choice of coffee but this location slacks when it comes to deliveries. About 70% of the time when I order coffee it is always sent without straws which is super inconvenient. It’s such a small thing that I don’t understand how it is forgotten about. Considering both drinks I order never have a sip lid and most drinks you need a straw to drink it just comes off as lazy. Black rock has always been a great spot to go, but this specific location doesn’t have the best customer service. Adding to that, drink that I ordered was given without it being mixed. All syrups were at the bottom

Honestly really disappointed with the service I received today in Black Rock as a whole. I’ve noticed a pattern where the Baristas are honestly not attentive and they want to get you out of the drive thru line as soon as possible and disregard your concerns. I went to the Black Rock in Tolleson and they made my drink incorrect and they even typed it in wrong and I verified my order again at the window and it was still incorrect when I received it.
