I was looking forward to drinking my iced caramel blondie but was unfortunately met with a mouthful of espresso grounds instead :( I love black rock but this location is definitely a hit or miss. Pretty bummed out since the coffee is pricey and I left a good tip before I got my drink.
Me and my lady were out doing our errands on Saturday, yesterday. we came here to get coffee as we proceed to order, the lady there wanted to insist my wife not get her coffee the way she wanted it, well her coffee ended up tasting horrible. Maybe just make the coffee instead of suggesting want 'think' to customers. I believe we are gonna stick with Dutch bros and Starbucks they have never done what this place has done as well as being stingy with there whipped cream for there frozen drinks.
