This review is primarily directed at corporate management and ownership. The staff there are incredibly professional and courteous; they have nothing to do with my criticisms. There seems to be this new trend with chain coffee joints where they only display partial menus and prices. Very bad. Best place for some tasty drinks
Honestly it’s hit or miss depending on who is working. This location specifically is very slow and the workers are full of themselves. Other locations are amazing and don’t have the same issues. If there is a line in the drive thru be prepared to wait a longgggg time. Any other Black Rock I would give 5 stars to, this one though absolutely not.
