Long wait that I would not have been upset about if I hadn’t been thrown off by my employee interaction this morning. First, it took 17 minutes (order placed 9:00 AM, received 9:17AM) to receive my order. When I walked in ten minutes after the order placement, I saw an employee (grey shirt, curly hair) working on orders at the pick up counter. The atmosphere would be much better if the music was louder than the staffs personal conversations.
Slowest black rock in all of Arizona seriously. Like 3 times in a row I’m waiting 10+ minutes.
