BlackRock never fails me
I’m so sorry to leave a bad review, but I just feel like the company needs to know how poor the service was here. The poor lone employee was overworked and we waited 40 minutes for two pre-made breakfast sandwiches to be heated up. We were about to just walk out. Although we finally got them, they came still frozen and inedible so we tossed them. Maybe if there’s just one employee, I would close either the store or the drive-thru. I hope you guys are able to figure out how to resolve your issues.
