Wanted my coworker to try a carmel blondie before work about a week ago. We are 3rd in line then we get to window and tell her our order (3drink order) after a few minutes. As we are waiting we see at least 4 cars get helped on the other side before us, im assuming because we had 3 drinks she wanted to get them out of the way but that should not matter as we were waiting patiently for at least a half hour for 3 drinks making us late to work when brought to her attention she laughed, apologized and comped one drink. I had to write a review because I really love this location and Black Rock Coffee in general. The team members are always super nice and helpful. They have a great balance between getting your order out fast and making polite conversation. I have to say it was kind of disappointed with my experience today because I went to the shop kind of excited to use my rewards. When I ordered my drink, I stated that I had a reward. I always have a great experience at this stand no matter who is working. Today I just happened to go through when a guy was training and he did a fantastic job. I get picky with my drink and it came out better than I hoped. Thank you!
