Completely unprofessional, even to a long standing customer. We were quoted $800 for tree removal. Paid with check, and were told we needed to pay an additional $64 after the fact. When told we were not paying more than originally quoted, we were verbally assaulted on phone over "taxes". Obviously he wanted to not claim this on the books, but that should have been communicated BEFORE completing the work.

Used them on a couple of occasions. They had good communication, showed up on time, and did a complete job. Offered a fair price for the service provided.

Had 21 trees cut from residential area. Great company, on time and cleaned up very well. Reasonable priced and very professional.

I called Black River Tree Removal on a Wednesday morning to have 7/8 of an acre of thick 20+ year old brush cleared. They called back same day, came out to do an estimate Thursday, gave me a very fair price and said they would start first thing in the morning Friday. True to their word, they rolled up at 7:30 together with B&R Tree Experts and got to work. All work was complete and equipment loaded before 11:30 that morning.
