After working on my mower I was told the mower could not be repaired. They put a belt on and then told me it would not work due to a bent bracket and rod controlling he blade engagement. I used the mower the previous evening. They damaged the deck to the point the belt would not engage. The manager, Jody told me the mower repair would be very expensive then went on to tell me there were no parts available....and the mower could NOT be repaired....So, which is it?
