When my son and I walked in we were treated like they knew us. Ty was very knowledgeable and helpful when I told him what I was looking for. There was no hard pressure sales, I found the one I wanted and he got it outside so I could drive it and when we were done text driving Ty started on the paperwork and then d livered it for me. I have been telling people to go see Ty because of his customer service care.

Ty was great to work with and I would recommend him if you plan on purchasing anything from Black River Outdoors. My only reason for 3 stars is I traded a perfectly functioning scag with a fresh service done for one that I assumed was in working order also with a fresh service, however the parking brake is worn out and needs replaced (it doesn’t work at all) as well as the oil wasn’t changed and I had to do that myself as well.

Great experience working with Ty Turner. Very nice man, answered all our questions. Most polite,very helpful. Highly recommend him . He was very kind to me and my husband.
