Spoke to the records department. They were kind courteous and helpful. They were able to track down my sons record from 18 years ago and got it to him in a timely manner
One star is GENEROUS for this place. I wouldn’t take an animal to this place let alone a human in an emergency. Dr. Sanson and her nurses were terrible, extremely rude, clueless, ditzy and careless. Told us straight up multiple times, they don’t have time for us, refused to write up transfer papers because she “doesn’t have time”, every question we asked they would respond with “I don’t know”, told us many times “we have a full house tonight” or “I don’t have time to read your MRI results, I have a million people to take car... read more
Total ripoff, felt bad and needed help, got checked out and was told I was okay actually. Was gone within 30-45 minutes. 2 months later I owe over $1,000 for the easiest ER room visit you could ever imagine. Total bullshit.
My daughter delivered her baby at Black River and the maternity ward was absolutely amazing! Every nurse was so kind and helpful. They were genuinely happy to take care of her and help her in any way they could. A huge thank you to everyone for making her experience incredibly special! Samara, Maryssa, Paige and Marissa, you ladies are the best! Dr. Anderson, thank you also for your care and for the time you took to explain everything you were doing. I’m so impressed!!
My husband has been doctoring there about 3 years now. Jeff and Melissa have been so accommodating in helping us with our health journey and we will definitely keep going to see them every 6 months. They are also very helpful with insurance questions we have as well.
