Started going here about a year ago because I heard good things about the PA. That PA retired and the new one is very nice and thorough, but that's it. I have to constantly call about my referrals and usually don't get a call back. Whoever is at the desk is very short with the patients. Makes me feel like I'm bothering when all I want is to be on top of my health. I shouldn't feel bad for asking for follow-ups especially with my insurance needs the paperwork for my continued care at home. Ugh!
If I could give this place a 0 I would absolutely aweful the way I was treated.. extremely unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to go to this place I needed a primary doc as I’ve got some serious health concerns and I needed to be established sooner than later, my very first time there was my last, meds were supposed to be sent they never sent the meds resulting me to be back in the hospital when called to express these issues the receptionist didn’t care I said I won’t be coming back and she said sounds good.
Very rude and unprofessional receptionist. The medical staff was very nice. The dr stated in front of us that she was sending a prescription to the pharmacy. The prescription was NEVER sent. This ended up with patient going to er over the weekend. When canceling further appts the receptionist said “sounds good”.
Place is trash they do not care about you and the place looks like they haven't cleaned in a month or more.
It's not the same since Rick left. PA doesn't know what he's doing and is very rude and obnoxious!
