If you are a business selling artwork or prints, save yourself a lot of frustration and look elsewhere for printing. Black River Imaging has some pretty significant problems. I've been using this place for over 20 years, but the customer service is really not that good. When I found out that I had charged the invoice twice, I called and they told me to send them proof that I had been charged twice. They say they don't know how many times they charged. I think it would be a good idea to check how many times they charged here.
