The receptionist was friendly and got me started off with a few forms while answering all of my questions. Chantel, the hygienist, was chatty and pleasant. (She does an excellent job making people feel comfortable) Doctor Ben's bedside manner was top notch. He seemed genuinely interested in his patients and answered questions with care. AAA service, would definitely recommend!
By far the funniest dentist you’ll ever meet. This guy cracks me up. Not to mention, he’s a great dentist, very skilled. Extremely fair prices for cash pay patients. Very thankful for Dr. Ben and his team.
I selected Dr. Ben Gelhaus as my new dentist, because I wanted a dentist who would answer my questions, listen to/accept my concerns, and was friendly. After my first visit, I feel I got that and more with Dr. Ben. The staff member at the front desk was also friendly, and my first experience at Black River Dental was a great one. I recommend this dental clinic.
