He did an awesome job replacing rotten logs on my place. He later came in and routered the interior logs, so I could put up interior walls. Dave was very honest and does great worm for a very fair price.

I think he created more harm then good. Scratched my steel roof, water leak around the door into the basement, created large gaps in the joints of the logs on the wall he worked on. I recently tore into correcting his poor sealing of the door and bottom course of the logs he replaced. I used an infrared camera to find all the cold air gaps he created and did not even address. The quality of caulking between the logs is just terrible, I am going to cut out some of the obnoxious ones replace them. My house is one of the ones p... read more
