Just purchased a 2017 RZR (not from them) and walked into their shop to get it race ready. Stood there for 10 min while the guys BS'd with a buddy and nobody helped me or even got out of their seats. I pretty much felt disrespected. Would have spent thousands on cage/bumpers/doors/exhaust and more to support racing. Not sure how people expect to stay in business when you are not customer service oriented.
