The staff was very welcoming. It was some of the friendliest service I've ever gotten. The food was very hot. The pizza was decent. It wasn't the worst, but not the best either. The prices were very reasonable for the amount of food. I will come back again.
This restaurant has been added to my list of must go to spots while in Chesapeake.
Thank you so much Crystal, Tyler, Alyssa, and all the servers and staff we had tonight that helped to accommodate us for a special Surprise Retirement Party for some special ladies. The food was delicious especially my fabulous Mahi😉 that I have had twice now and thank you for the appetizer spread!!! The staff, food, atmosphere, and most especially the people made this a success!!!! Highly recommend and will be here over and again for some awesome grub!!

My first time having lunch at the Black Pelican. I had the fried shrimp basket with homemade fries and cole slaw. Responsibly priced. It was tasty and not bready or greasy.

Seafood and service are top notch! An enjoyable, casual place.
