Jumbo shrimp are huge and fresh and prime rib on point wish they would have crab legs and service was great
Prime Rib wasn't hot but wasn't cold. I have better. It had an oriental taste to it. Asked for more butter for my baked potato ( other than the butter provided for the rolls) and the response was "what more butter, it's right there" Was told "I will bring you fresh hot rolls when they come out of the oven" - that never happen. Then we were given the bill and never offer / asked if we wanted dessert. Will not be going back
Always good food and very friendly staff! We had drinks and appitizer the escargot was fabulous. I had the pikereel my husband had the steak we both loved It! Very relaxing after a long days work. I highly recommend you give it a try.
I really enjoy this restaurant. I especially love the orange roughy. Very nice and attentive staff. Desserts are good as well.

My wife and I visited for the first time on Father's Day along with my sister and brother-in-law. Cocktails (Captain n' Pepsi) were a good value for quality. Entrees were all very good. 2 orders of the Black Pearl prime rib, the prime rib Alfredo and a sirloin dinner. All had very good flavor and fair pricing. Only thing I would recommend against is "adding on" the shrimp. For $8.99 there were only 3 shrimp. Although they were jumbo, it just didn't justify the additional cost IMO. This is the most convenient place to have dinner when attending activities at the Stranahan theater . The dinner is well prepared and tasty . We regularly stop here for our dinner when we are in the vicinity . The help was very cordial and informative about that specials that evening . Tried a few other restaurants in this area and they do not compare with the Black Pearl .
Drinks were great. Appetizer was great. Surf and turf was worth the price. Nik 5 oz tail at least 13. Prime rib was excellent.
