Ordered online and never received my order. Tracking says it's delivered but nothing ever came. They have no phone number to call or email to send anything problems to. Buy beware definitely not a cluster focused business.
Order k cups had a whole pack that the cups were open i emailed they said they were sending replacement coffee on the 9th never got anything. I emailed to check before I ordered more and never got any coffee or a reply so thanks ill be getting coffee somewhere else.
Picked up a bag of whole bean Colombiano Supremo from my local grocery store here in Plymouth, IN and let me tell you. I’ve been telling everyone to run and buy this coffee. Absolutely delicious. Roasted to perfection, not burnt like most coffees, just a robust and perfect coffee flavor. I’m totally happy I can buy this here in town or on my weekends in Kalamazoo. Y’all sure know how to make a good coffee.
As a long time customer, of bulk coffee from kzo coffee co, I am now bulked by the price. $67 for 5lbs. Yikes! Love the product and supporting local, but yeah at this price I’m going to have to bite the bullet and switch to a Costco brand for daily drinking, and buy this in small quantities for a treat.
Bought pods for Keurig coffee makers- grounds blew all over maker now that’s not fixable so I’m out $11 AND a coffee makers!
