I can't begin to tell you how disappointed I am with Black Optix in Myrtle Beach. First, I had interior lights added to my 2019 Chrysler 300. The front passenger side light strip fell off on the first night. Apparently, someone down there thought the light strip's adhesive backing was adequate to stick to the car's carpet indefinitely. Not so. It lasted less than 24 hours. A couple pieces of Velcro (installed by me) repaired that poor assumption on Black Optix part, and that light strip hasn't fallen off since.
