Had an excellent beef brisket sandwich at the Apple Festival! I enjoyed it so much and bragged about it so much that several people I was working with (Lions) and their family members at the festival as well as a coworker from my day job also bought the sandwiches and loved them. Yeah, there was some fatty areas, but that's to be expected with brisket. Excellent food cooked beautifully!

My family and I ate sandwiches at the Apple Festival at the Brewerton Speedway and the brisket sandwiches were more fat than meat, you couldn’t even bite it. We paid $57 for food that was basically inedible, we are worried about the possibility of food poisoning because with the amount of fat in the meat there is no possible way the meat was cooked up to temperature. The sauces were good but this problem was too big to ignore, do not recommend.
