A timeless place to be ....love this place many many great memories....my old friends still bartend there ....will always be a haven for my wife and me....
The swirling black vortex... be ware all ye who enter here..
From a band perspective it was fun place to play. Good crowd, great bartenders and easy to load in and out. I look forward to playing at the Black Oak again soon!
As a complete out sider the Music was awesome, "Let's be Leonard" was there the night I was , the bar service great, a very diverse interesting crowd that ranged the spectrum from Redneck's in town on a Saturday night; to Older college students; to Completely tripped out Hippies! All Interspersed with mostly normal acting, looking , adult friendly people with good range of age...Great people watching , fun time!!
Chill place to catch a good band, play some pool.
