Have been living here since April and things have been really smooth. Jen is awesome & super responsive to requests. I have had minor things come up & she’s been quick to problem solve solutions. Will update if anything changes but as things stand its been great so far. They even gave me a little trash can for compost which is super helpful. I feel safe here and the off street parking is really nice. Have left my car with items in the back before and woken up with all my windows intact. Eager to see some of the remodeled uni... read more

Been living in a unit managed by Black Oak Properties for a few years now and love everything about it. Management is very responsive, shared spaces are always immaculate, and building is very well maintained.
Have lived in a unit managed by Black Oak for a few years now and I can't speak highly enough of them. I've lived in a lot of apartments and I've never had a team as responsive and friendly as this. Problems are resolved quickly and the grounds are immaculate. We won't move until we buy.
