Had a major hailstorm hit my house and destroy My roof. A new storm was coming in the evening after and was completely freaked out about more damage to the home. After every other company (I called 6 or 7 that day) Black & White was the only one willing to send an emergency tarp team to the house ASAP before the next storm hit. That speaks volumes for the business. They have my business from now on and other companies should follow this business model.
