Very knowledgeable and friendly
They were eager to install and take our money. Shoddy installation. Screws missing, chimney cap allowing critters to get inside, the stove is leaking smoke. We have tried for 6 months to get them to come back. The worker said he would, didn't follow through. Reached out to Bob Orr, on the rare occasion that he does respond, we are told we are not a priority. Very unhappy. Wish we had gone with someone with a better work ethic.
Poor customer service. Not there when you need them. Don't reply like they say they will. If your stove is your main source of heat, then stop here and call someone else. Otherwise you may freeze. 🤣
We had a new chimney liner and chimney cap placed in May 2024. The job got delayed multiple times because of rain, then they suddenly decided to complete the chimney cap in the rain. My husband flew his drone to check the completed work to find the cap not securely placed and the cement sloppily done. They did come back to fix the cap after seeing the drone footage.
