Fantastic service - Felix was brilliant from check in to check out and in between. Needed storage of a bunch of stuff while I was moving out. Facilities were large, clean and easy to find. Will definitely use again.
Excellent experience dealing with Black Mountain Storage in Coal Harbour. Very convenient spot when I was moving out of the West End. And being refunded the unused time in the month you move out is great.

Easiest company to work with by far. Booking was just like buying something online which is pretty modern compared to having to do wild cross reference math. Sign up month and move out month are prorated which just makes good sense. Would use again.
Friendly customer service experience for a self storage business which is unusual. Very responsive. Free parking. Easy to understand how to sign up and get my stuff done. Flexible move out day, refunded the unused days for the month after move out and provided free padlock.
