Easiest company to work with by far. Booking was just like buying something online which is pretty modern compared to having to do wild cross reference math. Sign up month and move out month are prorated which just makes good sense. Would use again.
Friendly customer service experience for a self storage business which is unusual. Very responsive. Free parking. Easy to understand how to sign up and get my stuff done. Flexible move out day, refunded the unused days for the month after move out and provided free padlock.

Great price for value. I rented in Vancouver and they have great options, big or small. Storage spaces are clean and safe. Customer service is on top of everything and your questions and concerns get addressed quickly.
I didn't need my storage anymore and they got back to me right away and did not charge me for un-used days. Great communication with this business from start to finish. People is what it's all about.
