Did a great job at our repair. They were quick and flexible
We needed a quick repair. Black Mountain Collision fixed our car within a few hours without any complications. The staff were very friendly.

I would rate them lower if I could. These people are unprofessional! They went THROUGH OUR PERSONAL PROPERTY and stole something as cheap as AIR FRESHNERS. The repairs? My side mirror was even automated by the time they said it was approved for pick-up which they RUSHED us three days prior to the day it was supposed to be completed on a friday afternoon. Then I have had to put my life on hold because these people couldn't even do their job right and were not willing to take any accountability until I researched their company... read more
