I honestly don’t understand how this body shop has so many positive reviews. I had been recommended another shop, but I chose Black Mountain Collision because of the positive reviews. Unfortunately, I later regretted that decision. I had a very disappointing experience. The repair took almost twice as long as I was originally promised. These guys need to pay attention. Needed to repair the driver handle on my old van. Went there for a quote thinking a body shop would be more indicated than my regular mechanics who is also further out in Escondido. The guy came out looked at it and asked is that all you want us to do? Guy went back in, got aborbed in his computer for 5 minutes and handed me an estimate for 763 $. I remarked it was way too expensive and walked away. My regular mechanics fixed it for 140$ the week after. So no repair there but 1 star for the ... read more
Great experience! Everything was smooth, efficient, and easy, from estimate to drop off to pick up. They had my car ready in 5 days and cleaned it! Thank you Black Mountain Collision.

This shop did great work and Ricardo and Carla(Karla?) were very helpful and attentive! They also cleaned up my car some which i did not expect. They even accommodated me to let me pick up my vehicle a little after closing time because I was running from the airport. Always pleasant and welcoming! Hopefully I'll never have to come back.... But if I do, I know where I am going!
