One of the WORST HVAC repair experiences I have ever had. The tech was nice, but made a $300+ repair that was unnecessary and did not fix the AC. They recommended I get a new A/C unit on 7/30, and they were really quick to send me a link for financing the unit, which I completed and was approved. I waited and called Black Mountain Air several times over the next FIVE days in 105+ degree weather and no A/C. I was desperate.
