Taylor was fantastic. Great communication before his arrival, and very professional and informative during his time at my home. Very pleased with his level of expertise and customer centric attitude.
I've been using Black Lion, since 2017. After the recent storm and power outage our furnace went out. Unfortunately, this happened on a Friday night. I called them on Saturday and didn't hear back, so I called Chance who helped us install our electrical panel. He informed me the office was closed which I didn't realize. No longer a mom and pop business. It was purchased by a corporation and they have completely forgotten about their loyalty to return customers. I had used Black Lion for many years including 6 furnace installs. They used to know me by name and appreciated my return business. Now when I called not only did they not know who I was but they didn't even know how much business I've done with them in the past since the corporation took over.
