I hired Black Lion to install the *** They left the job site a complete mess and left tools behind. They also took shortcuts on the Installation where I can see god knows where else! I do not recommend it!

**************** is awful. They do not care if they messed up or not, they dont call you back, dont call when they say they will, cant rectify their own issues. They have been out to my house for a leaking ac since they installed it over a year ago, at least 7 times. The issue still continues, no one is in touch and can tell me whats going on. The manager ***** cant even bother to call me back and discuss things, all communication has been short and through email.

If I could put down zero stars I would. Salesperson was terrific. Everything from there went downhill. 11/22/2022 - HVAC installed. 11/23/2022 - told BL I smell gas strong odor. Co. sent tech to repair gas leak. Was major leak. 11/28/2022 - 11/30/2022 - multiple calls/ emails. Inspection canceled due to weather. Requested reschedule inspection. 12/14/2022 - emailed still smell gas. 12/15/2022 - *************** responded to reschedule inspection to ask what days work. Update: We're now in December, just had the city inspector out, yet again, and Black Lion still hasn't fixed the issues. To be clear, this isn't a nitpicky inspector, Black Lion seems to just be unwilling to fix their mistakes. My AC was installed in April, I'm still dealing with this nonsense.Great option if you want the process to take in excess of 6 months. Yes, 6 months. DESTROYED our heat pump when they came to do a simple cleaning. A YEAR LATER it still wasn't fixed, and they offered ONLY A QUARTER of the replacement cost. They also refused to respond to the State Attorney General's inquiry, blocking a fair resolution. Had the technician known what he was doing, he could've told us it was too old and brittle to clean, and we could've used our home warranty to cover replacement.
These folks answered my call within 24 hours.Had heat pump issues.Came out the next day, fixed the problem.The roads where I live were awful, snow and ice.The tech guy was pleasant, took his shoes off.Obviously knew what he was doing.I definitely would use their services again.Plus didn’t charge me an arm and a leg.When you are on a fixed income that is very important.

Arrived on time and was very patient as I looked over his shoulder asking questions. I have an older gas furnace that I wanted checked out. It needed two small parts and Jeff explained what the problem was and showed me the parts that needed replacing. He also made sure I knew the cost beforehand and then left the worn parts with me. He installed the new filters I had on hand, which to me have a strange v shaped formation once inside the furnace. I think I could do it myself when they need changing now.
