We loved our experience with Black Level Audio. Very professional, punctual and fair priced. We upgraded our screen, speakers and added hue lighting. Definitely will use them again for any additional upgrades or changes! Did I mention Veteran owned!
I had an excellent experience with Black Level AV. Jeff’s team recently mounted three TVs for me, and the entire process exceeded my expectations. When we first discussed scheduling, Jeff estimated a later completion date. After I mentioned a safety concern — my 3-year-old daughter, who is autistic, had started pulling at the legs of the TVs on stands — Jeff was able to adjust and fit me in much sooner than expected. Where do I start? Jeff and his crew Parker and Josh were very knowledgeable and polite they did an outstanding job. They were very punctual if they told you they were gonna be there at 8:30 they were there at 8:30. In this day and time that is rare in the business world. That went a long way with me. I would definitely recommend BLACK LEVEL to anybody who’s looking for home theater or audio equipment for their home. They are a top-notch class act.
Black Level did a fantastic job outfitting my home with additional Ethernet jacks and improving WiFi speeds throughout the house. The team came in and did a great job in just a few hours. Now there are 0 dead spots in the house.
