Black Level AV installed two TVs and sound bars in our new-construction pool house, added a Sonos speaker system to our backyard, and integrated everything seamlessly into our Control4 setup. Jeff was incredibly responsive, flexible, and willing to work with us to maximize our budget so we could get the system we wanted at a price we could afford. It was a pleasure working with Jeff and the entire Black Level AV team, and we will certainly use them again as our AV needs grow.
We loved our experience with Black Level Audio. Very professional, punctual and fair priced. We upgraded our screen, speakers and added hue lighting. Definitely will use them again for any additional upgrades or changes! Did I mention Veteran owned!
I had an excellent experience with Black Level AV. Jeff’s team recently mounted three TVs for me, and the entire process exceeded my expectations. When we first discussed scheduling, Jeff estimated a later completion date. Where do I start? Jeff and his crew Parker and Josh were very knowledgeable and polite they did an outstanding job. They were very punctual if they told you they were gonna be there at 8:30 they were there at 8:30. In this day and time that is rare in the business world. That went a long way with me. I would definitely recommend BLACK LEVEL to anybody who’s looking for home theater or audio equipment for their home. They are a top-notch class act.
