I booked a head spa and mini facial with Kari. The appointment didn’t start on time which I was contacted that it was going start 10 minutes late. When I got there the door was locked and I was standing in the rain. Apparently they lock the door when completing the service. It would have been nice to be informed of that prior. I cannot recommend Black Label Society Spa enough! From the start, the professionalism and client care were apparent in the in depth questionnaire required for facials and head spa treatments, attention to detail and cleanliness . Upon my arrival, Joscelyn took the time to sit down and discuss further in depth any issues I have with my skin and scalp and what I would like to see moving forward. I treated myself to a birthday spa day, getting the Head Spa + Facial combo experience, and oh my gosh it did not disappoint. Black Label Society is beautifully designed and has a very cozy, relaxing aesthetic that is further enhanced for the appointment itself. Kari was an amazing esthetician and so attentive to my relaxation and experience overall. I will SO be back!
