This is my second time using BLMG. The first was for a routine service several years ago, after buying our boat new from a different dealer. The second time was post hurricane Milton. Our boat was pushed sideways on the dock from rising water and winds, thus suffering gelcoat and prop damage. The covers and some cushions also blew out. When we purchased our boat in 2022 we had some initial problems with it, but the problems were resolved quickly. We like the boat we purchased. When I would call, I talked to Kim. Kim has always been helpful and knowledgeable and I felt comfortable that she had our interest in mind. So today, 2 years after we bought the boat, I called for service and a part. Once again I talked to Kim and I was relieved to hear her voice knowing that my service and details would be done with professionalism.
