This place is not operational and the owner took my money. He tried to move my party that I booked well in advance to another venue much farther away and less than a month before my event. He was difficult to get in contact with and is a poor business owner. He did not communicate well and has still not returned any funds to me, months later even though he violated his own contract. I would not recommend renting out this space or any others owned by him.

If I could add zero stars I would, I paid for the space long before my scheduled event and was notified that I could not have my event here and I would get a refund, my event was 11/9 and I paid in July in full, however when I contacted Raymond I was assured my full payment would be refunded, no money received back to date, I have contacted Raymond multiple times regarding the status on the refund, however per the text's I received from Raymond he would always state he would call me back, never called back, therefore I have ... read more

Sitting in the parking lot as I type this. Owner isn’t answering and I have a set up that was suppose to start at 8:30! It is 8:55 and we have other deliveries to do. My customer says they won’t answer. They are going to offset our entire route and make us late. The customer was suppose to get in at 7
