Terrific shop. I've been bring cars to Matt since 2017. The experience has always been excellent. Attention to detail is top notch, there are never any surprises, prices are fair, work is always done correctly. I never have to worry about something being done incorrectly as I have with other shops in the area. At this point they're the only ones I let touch my performance cars. Highly recommend.
Needed to have timing chain replaced.Quote from dealer seemed high. Matt at Black Label AutoKraft quoted a better price and got my vehicle in for repair quickly. The work was done within the timeframe he said it would and the car is running great now. They do quality work for a good price! Trustworthy auto repair shop!!
EXCEPTIONAL experience with Black Label Autokraft . Made an appointment for service and the staff followed up with quick communication with items that were additionally needed. The tech was very knowledgeable and informative and advised me the step by step repair. Office/parts manager was also very informative on choices and prices of parts needed.
