Just got off the phone with Tony upfront with problems with the house, made everything clear the ups and downs of the property, and helped with the confusion of college rentals. Solid trust worthy guy!
Horrible landlord and property manager. Uses bullying tactics especially when renting to college students. Is rude when communicating with tenants and then refuses to talk to them. Blocks them from his phone like a high school kid. Most unprofessional person we have ever worked with in the realty business. I would go as far as to say dirt bag.
