Although we never got to see Dr. Black her assistant/resident was very rude and condescending in her consultation with my mother. She asked questions that she seemed to know the answers to, she was very antagonistic. The entire experience was very unprofessional and no one apologized for our lengthy wait. We waited two hours and Dr. Black never came to the room. However, our overall encounters with the registration/front desk and the medical assistant was very pleasant. Dr. Black was extremely thorough! Spent quality and quantity of time with my mom. I definitely recommend her. You won't be disappointed.
