This office is cold and as far from patient centered as one can get. They use an electronic record to it's lowest use not allowing patients to correspond with staff. You will wait for scheduled appointments for at least a half an hour in the lobby and at least 15-20 once you are taken back. Schedule plenty of time to account for the "short staffing" which is detailed every visit. I will NEVER go back to this office!!! I went in for the first time to get established and was seen by Dr Olga............I went over my medical history with her. I told her I had expierenced fluid around my heart back in Nov 2011 along with fluid in my lung. This was all resolved in Nov 2011...she told me she wanted to listen to my heart and check me out. She listened and IMMEDIATELY told me I was in conjestive heart failure, and then she listen to my lungs and told me i had fluid in my lungs!!!!!!!!! Everything I had just ... read more

Yes, it was handicap-accessible Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments
