As an event coordinator who works with an abundance of florists, never in my life have I worked with someone so difficult, self-entitled, and passive aggressive as Black Iris Florist. If I could give zero stars, both for quality of product and the way in which I was treated as a customer, I would. After purchasing the flowers, I came across MANY negative reviews, I really wish I had done my research.
