Praise God for giving Chaz the gift of repairing vehicles with honesty and knowledge. Our car broke down and My Husband called Black Ice Automotive and spoke with Chaz. My Husband explained the problem and our situation and Chaz was understanding and accommodated. Chaz is attentive, listens to what you have to say, has had me return when I wasn’t sure things were quite right. He also will explain things in a fashion that is easy to comprehend. Most importantly he stands by his work! Thanks Chaz you always do great work for me and my family!
Great service here from Chaz. My AC compressor went out and he got it switched out with a new one in a couple hours. Very thorough and took the time to show me what was wrong, why, and how he was going to fix it. Thanks Chaz. I would definitely use again!!
