They lost me as a customer from the start. Never heard a a company charging 75.00 for a estimate!! Most companies will give a free estimate if their prices are good to get your business. They should be worried about time spent giving an estimate for their work; if their price was reasonable people would use them for the job. Just proves they must over charge people!!!! Not my type of a good business.....

I'm sorry if you are unhappy. It had our goal to make each and every customer satisfied. Estimates are free to existing customers but for customers that are new, we must charge this fee. However if you agree to the quote, this $75.00 fee is waived. FREE ESTIMATES do apply to Furnace, and Air Conditioning replacements.
