Working with Malaki and Riley as project leaders has been a pleasure. They and their crew worked hard in the dust, hot sun, stopping only for lunch and cleaning up before leaving for the day.

They were great - on time, high quality work, excellent clean-up! We had a 60+ year old cinder block chimney on an A-frame roof that was cracking and needed to be replaced. They provided a detailed estimate and schedule of the project. The crew was skilled, courteous, and considerate. I used to work new home construction and appreciated their skill. they had to remove the old and install the new - going up and down the 5 levels of scaffolding an untold number of times. Isaac came out to give me an estimate, he was very thorough and explained the situation with my chimney and roof. He got on my roof, walked it and took pictures of the chimney issues that needed to be addressed. I had two other bids and no one else actually got up on the roof to examine anything. One took pictures from the ladder, but didn’t really explain anything. The other, just looked from the yard and took pictures. Then left. We had mortar failing and subsequent chimney leaks a few winters ago that I emergency repaired with silicone sealant. This held for a bit, but was really unsightly and the wrong product for the long-term. Black Horse Masonry did incredible chimney structural repair work for us years ago, so when I contacted them, they remembered us, came out, and were awesome once again!
