Tyler was amazing to work with, super personable, explained everything, did extra work to fix what was wrong from the last roof and gutters, stayed in touch, won’t do work with anyone besides Black Hills Roofing
Was rushing completion (trying to beat the weather) of a four-season hot tub enclosure when my partner took a fall from the 8 pitch roof with serious injuries. Tyler was great in getting a crew out to us very quickly to install a metal roof and trim using materials that we had already purchased for a DIY job. The crew chief, Jose, was smart, knowledgeable, and very courteous as far as his willingness to work with my particular wishes, circumstances, and resources. Happy to refer them.
After this terrible wind event Black Hills Roofing was spot on with promptness and communication. Tyler and team explained what it would take to complete the repair and I luckily had the shingles in my shop. They fixed it on the spot. Talk about great customer service. Thank you BHR!
Called at 11:53 and the pickup drove in my yard at 1:30. Great experience!
