We went here to get a New Jersey for my daughter but found that my son & daughter loved the STACYC! After calling my husband we decided to purchase them!! The kids were so excited to try them and employee in accessories/parts was super helpful and said they could ride them around the store. Unfortunately, the crabby, old man in the front forgot what the joy of a child looks like. They were told it’s not the place to ride or try them in a very stern and rude manor. Matt helped me with picking out my bike, super awesome staff that truly care about their customers. If you’re concerned with pushy salesmen pushing products down your throat, don’t worry here. I fed them what I was looking for and they showed me a bunch of different bikes to see what fitted my needs and what I felt comfortable on. I would say they’re more enthusiasts than salesmen, they just want to help you find exactly what you want and are willing to go to great lengths to ensure you leave smiling.
