The staff appears to be warm and welcoming; however, they are also very firm / direct w their opinions. I had a Sears Craftsman chainsaw that needed a rebuilt carb, clean gas, etc. The front desk clerk (older gentleman) almost immediately said that I needed a new chainsaw ... then proceeded to say this three more times during our brief conversation ... clearly did not like Craftsman saws. Buyer beware. The service was terrible, and there were many unfriendly interactions. I will never purchase from them again.

I called yesterday and asked if they’d look at a dual-fuel (gas/propane generator) that won’t start. The gentleman on the phone was super nice, said sure thing, etc. This morning we drove 30 minutes to bring the generator here and the guy at the desk was dismissive and condescending. Said “they” (mechanic? who’s they?) won’t touch anything if it has propane. I clarified it’s still a small gas engine. Nope. Let him know they told me yesterday to bring it in.
