New water heater,furnace & heat pump. Fine skills&workmanship. Great team work. Crawl space clean up is exceptional and worth the cost. Matt and Steve are the best. Alexander K did a great job with both duct cleaning and sealing, as well as managing the one kitchen duct that was tricky to access. Both processes were labor-intensive! Travis was friendly and knowledgeable. He did a thorough job.
We had a leak that needed to be addressed immediately. Justin who is awesome by the way. He came in was very thorough in explaining everything to us. He was able to find the leak that was under our stairs. He had to go through a wall in the bathroom to access it, but it was worth it to get one part of my stress level down. The pricing was roughly what I expected for him to find the leak and fix it. If I ever need more work done then I would certainly contact Black Hills again.
I highly recommend Brian from Black Hills. He arrives on time, is incredibly kind and gentle, and goes above and beyond. I truly appreciate him and am very thankful for everything he has done
