Their installers and repair technicians are great. All of their employees have been very professional and friendly. We had Black Hills install a new York Furnace for us. Blacks Hills Inc. Employees are five star. We had black hills, come back, and inInstall the charger for our EV car and rewired the plugin for my pottery kiln. To make it safe! I give black hills electricians five stars.

The tech was a great guy. But the pricing was absurd. $1100 to change out a disposal is just a crazy amount of money. Even if it is a "pro series" that is just way too much money. I am not sure if Black Hills is owned by a greedy PE company or what. But they are not doctors they are plumbers. Changing a disposal is a 90 min job - at most. The labor should not be that much. It makes no sense. I declined the bid. But if you are looking for somebody with reasonable pricing. Keep on looking...
