Good guy explained everything to me. Showed before and after photos. A good experience.
Manager called me a few days after the technician visited my house and offered to refund 50% of the service visit considering it was less than five minutes. This was a nice act of good will by Black Hills. I originally felt taken advantage of, but this good gesture and understanding the customers point of view renewed my confidence in the company.
