Great service here. The Receptionist is Very Friendly and does scheduling Great Calls if there's changes that has to be met. Amanda is Great at her Big Job. Jeffrey Wilson is Super with his Profession. He is Knowledgeable and also Very Communicatable with Explaining what is wrong with you as his patient. He is Very through in explain what tests his patient needs to be done. His followup gives you the outcomes that's explained so that you understand what going on with you. Let me tell you a story. In 2017 I had a triple bypass surgery and every year after my blood pressure went higher and higher. The year of 2025 left me with an average of 168/115 to 174/118. Nothing seamed to help. This is until I relocated to Rapid City and met Dr. Wilson who told me some people just didn’t respond to high blood pressure medication and about this cardiac catcheterization procedure. For 5 yrs I lived in constant knee pain. Finally was referred to another facility to see if artery was damaged by tourniquet during my first knee replacement. Was told nothing was wrong but other tests showed otherwise. So thankful I decided to see Dr Tom and get a second opinion! He listened and corrected the problem. No pain since that day and for once my leg is not swollen! Highly recommend! They listened and gave me my life back!
