Jace T***** and his team treated us very well. They worked with me and my insurance company without a hitch. We had our siding, rain gutters, replaced along with the roof on our shed. They did a good job. They follow up after the jobs done and make sure there's no problems and we are happy with the job when it was completed.
Salesman I worked with was great really. Watch out on sales though as they want to be paid upfront basically in full. I had siding roofing done and they still havnt completed a walthrough on siding or roofing after being paid in full with them. They have windows to be replaced no In there shop for months. Windows are now shuddering inside my house. Havnt completed a walkthrough on previous work and still requesting more. We hired Black Hills Exteriors to shingle our house and garage and replace all the gutters after the July 2020 hail storm in Rapid City, SD. they came highly recommended. If you only need a roof or gutters done, then I would give them 5 stars. For everything else that we needed done - fascia, windows replaced, etc they only get 1 star. Every time we called our salesman he gave us excuses and never did what he said he would do. We were able to pay them for the work they did and find someone else to do the rest.
RecommendedBHE just completed our roof. complete tear off and replacement. The crew was on time and very professional. 7 am to 7 pm. The next day, we were so surprised to see that the cleanup done was amazing. They cleaned our patios and lawn, better than they were before they came! We were so pleased and recommend then to anyone!
