Cancelled reservation over 6 weeks in advance and we were still charged a cancellation fee. We were not informed of this when we made the reservation. Will not use again.

The Agent was very nice but the Hotel he booked us was nasty!!!! For a $168 a night that's including taxes. The room was dirty, stained couch, hairs on pillows, pee stains on toilet, carpet was disgusting. We only stayed one night ... no way we were going to pay that price for a dump like that.Terrible!!!!!. The attractions were nice and reasonable priced.
