Great views
Beautiful Development! Right next to the State Park. Quiet Private Road No public parking in tract. Insurance Rates are very low, Not considered a Fire Area.
Black Hill Villas is a new development of what will be 16 new homes adjacent to Morro Bay State Park. The lucky folks who will live there just go out their front door to walk into the park! An older mobile home park which has been at that site for many years also adjoins the development. There is public access to the park from a parking area in the tract.
It's a strange set up to me. Kinda a mess. Also when they started breaking ground it really affected a lot of nature creatures. All running around. Also in my opinion it is too close to the national park. Buyers brewers I was told this area was a fire zone and had a very hard to get insurance. Also I'm figuring the rats will head back once the building stops. Just a minor thing there are also ticks.
