EXCELLENT MANAGED PROPERTY with awesome tenants.
We just moved my in-laws into Blackhawk Village. Management was extremely helpful and super friendly. It is a quiet and clean facility!
Nice place to live especially if safety is a priority. The property manager Tina is professional, and always ensures any issues are handled quickly and efficiently. The property is well-maintained, and communication is consistent. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay
I had been helping a friend try and find an apartment in Burlington Iowa. We looked at and applied at several apartments.
